…or rather, Lady Pink,  graffiti artist hit the underground art scene in 1979 while still in high school.  Considered one of the most accomplished females in a primarily male-dominated trade, Lady Pink’s works have been on display at The Whitney and Metropolitan Museum of Art. Although she gained fame as the high-heel wearing, public property vandalizing youth, she now solely works on commission-based and non-for-profit exhibits.  Her motives for art may have changed, but by the looks of this recent piece, her talent certainly hasn’t wavered.
